The history of Mayer Catering dates back to the 1950s, starting with a small restaurant in New Brunswick, then to the original owners of the historic & memorable Sayreville Bar & Restaurant, branching into numerous off-premise sites and now our prized and reputable catering venue, The Reception Center. Following in his father Walter Mayer’s legacy, Chef and owner Brian Mayer is meticulous in his menu and execution. As a hands on owner his number one priority is to provide quality and fresh products for all events.
